Silly

Day 13: Silly

Honestly if you've ever had a conversation with me, or honestly read any of my writings, you know that I like to keep things silly.

To me "silly" is rooted in child-like qualities. I find it extremely important not to lose that part of ourselves as we grow older, at least not entirely.

We need to keep up our sense of imagination, keep up our ability to play, keep up our sense of innocence and lightheartedness. 

That being said, of course we're supposed to grow up.

Of course we're supposed to learn when to be mature, and when to hold our own, and when to "settle down". 

But that doesn't mean we ever have to stop being silly.

Those who are silly are those who know when and how  to make others laugh, smile, and enjoy themselves.

So I encourage you to let loose a little and be silly!
